This 2-hour online Special Class with Satya & Sahaj gives the opportunity to explore the unconditional loving aspects of our real Heart. In this way, all yoga practices or even any life activity can ultimately become an individual practice of love.
This online special class is ideal for everyone interested in getting a taste of The Heart Retreat, or former participants of The Heart Retreat, a 10-day retreat guided by Satya & Sahaj.
This Special Class will contain meditation, satsang and some movement practices accessible for everyone.
